This piece was part of a political show in the fall of 2006. About 35 artists received a copy of the Bill of Rights and we were supposed to alter it to reflect our feeling about the current political enviroment in the U.S. I chose to stain it red like blood and then rewrite the ten commandments over the Bill of Rights. The commandments I wrote express my views on what people that call themselves Christians in the country really do...which aren't very Christian at all.
